A Moments Pause

a fast paced race, on the move,
the instantaneous gratification of not having to choose,
the illusion of the heart, for it to slow down to see,
the high speed chase or too slow of a pace is at both extremes,
enjoying the movie, while eating popcorn...i watch it go,
i press pause, rewind and fast forward, i even watch in slow mo,
observing at best,,,don't miss a trick,
to balance my own flight, pressing pause to see the fix.
