A Moment In Time

a moment in time, a breath of life
a moment in time, an exhale of death

what i wouldnt give for a moment in time
to change, to be, to give, to leave

a moment in time, a word of truth
a moment in time, a web of lies

what i wouldnt give for a moment in time
to caress, to hold, to listen, to scream

a moment in time, a statement forgiven
a moment in time, a love forgotten

what i wouldnt give for a moment in time
to see, to hear, to live, to die
