A Miracle From Within
I plant a tiny seed today
A miracle borne within
In just a while
‘twill germinate
green leaves begin to show
Daily growing
more leaves are showing
Attached to a trellis
for display
As this fast growing shrub
Is a plant that I love
Growing six inches taller each day
Standing almost majestic
She rests near a wall
now in all her glory
she is almost six feet tall
And as a bud appears
always fills my eyes
with joyous tears
For in no time at all
She doth lift my very soul
Spreading sun and smiles and joy
each time that I walk by
'tis a miracle from within
from sowing just one tiny seed
a sun flower doth begin
