A Miracle
All we need is a miracle to occur in our lives.
People are suffering around here and wish
That they could go to order a hamburger with fries
People are looking up to others who are really not wise
People up high are living for themselves and have no sense of community.
People are dying, killing, crying, stealing, begging, and lying.
We need a miracle in this world. It is really a jungle out here.
From life's hustles, tussles, and bustles we all need immunity.
Many have walked away from the real meaning of life
Which is uplifting you and loving their neighbors as themselves
Many are walking around like there is no Creator and they
Get credit for all that You have done for us. And pulling everyone
Down with the teeth of an endangered walrus. Lord God there
Are many other things that need to be discussed about us.
But you know all because You see all. You are coming back for us.
And only taking the ones who are pure at heart and chase after You
Not the finer things in life. Not the ones who give others pain and strife.
Lord this is a call from me to the You. All we need is a miracle. Everything else
Is trivial. All we need is a miracle and that miracle is you.
