A Metaphorical Heavy Crown
‘Heavy is the head that wears the crown’,
he thought as he admired his reflection.
It’s heavier as the ego brings it down,
when the mirror is your object of affection.
He is the King of Psyche, Lord of Conceit,
kiss the finger that don’s his ruby ring.
He wears a robe of superiority
to display his narcissistic majesty.
