A March Into Water

A cemetery under the sea
A safehold for just you and me
Together we'll drown in the piano keys
While melodies fill our lungs as we sleep.
A battle fought as one into the night
Screaming at the top of our lungs for the
sky
Standing our ground despite the fading
light
Begging for forgiveness as we fall through
time.
For the last time I will say goodbye
And have a march into water for the ones I
left behind.
