A Man In Need

Falling victim into sleep
Caught in a tidal-wave
Never knowing what will become of me
Transfixed on the brevity
Sinking in my uncertainty
Trying to break free
Free from the judgments placed upon me
Lost in a desert land
Left to find myself
Staring at the night sky
Always asking questions why
Never receiving a reply
Succumbing to the synchronicity
Or mortal fallacy
Entwined in this vanity
Vanity of my own fruition
Always searching the stars
Never finding what I've been longing for
For I am nothing but a man
A man in need of salvation
A man in need of solace.
