A Man Can Cry

They tell me that a man is not supposed to cry. But I can't stop the tears flowing from my eye. It seems to help relieve a little of the pain. But misery and sorrow always seem the same. Sometimes I wish I could run away and hide. Other times I wish I could lay down and die. Oh the agony I feel within my heart. It's my fault! my fault! my family fell apart. And everyone has told me how I'm supposed to feel. They think that they are helping but they're help isn't real. I hold the hand of death and wait the final depart. I can't withstand the battle between my mind and heart.
