A Magic Moment Or Two

Cozy, comfy couch
  My baby's soft skin
Reading 'Bambi' to him
  Sun streaming in

A magic moment or two
  Mid-December, midday
Sun dips down in the sky
  Sleepy baby --
    Kiss Bambi bye-bye

I came so you could bring a smile to my face Gershon and you did not let me down! What a sweet little rhyme!;)

Hi Gershon, A magic moment indeed. It's just lovely. I enjoyed the scene/setting in both stanzas. It seems like yesterday when I held and read to my own baby boy. Where did the time go? It zoomed by. We must appreciate magic moments in our life. Well done:-) Alexis

Yes. The time does go fast, doesn't it?! Yet there's a blessing at every stage. Peace and Joy, Gershon
