A Love of Mine

A love of mine so kind and true Even when hidden, my sun ever shining Carrying me onward even when blue Let me find you, let me be the wind Under your wings, I'll be true. A love of mine who values life See it as God's abundant love for us The strength that helps us brave strife No mountain or desert I wouldn't cross Just to be close, to stand by your side. A love of mine waiting in the shadow To reveal itself when the time is at hand As the Father in His time, His blessing endows Upon those, who trust in His command The time's in spring when our love will freely flow. That last line will be emblazoned in my mind for a long time as "time" is an enemy to me sometimes.. time and luv in the same sentence really hits home to the reader.. enjoyed Caroline's creation from her truly gifted pen..luv.. Linda-Marie..

Beautiful words about someone special in your life, Caroline. Spring does seem to allow love to "freely flow." Seem to remember an old saying about spring being the time when a young girl's heart turns to love and a young boy's to baseball. I have responded to Soup mail and hope you are having a great week.
