A Love Each Day
By this pen, men will learn my godly cause
A love that your flickering eyes can’t miss
Beaming bright and it goes without repose
You’re such a sweet morn, I fear not to kiss
Sighs of my mind like a gusty wind moan
Ever hoping to moon inside of you
Vibrant you, I paint not in someone’s own
Each day’s a joy when love unfolds its hue
Rave not about death, but rest on my breast
O, I’ll give my heart’s cherry-scented blood...
Just to you, so those life's dreams you can quest
Rock not soul in lonesome, for I’m your bud
