A Look In The Mirror

No one can help me,
or even hear my plea.
My sanity is a ship,
and my mind is the sea.
You've ruined me,
you've made me insane.
I'll scream until nothing but teardrops remain.
I'll grab my skull,
try to tear out my brain.
My mind is a drought,
and I'm praying for rain.
I'll turn around and try to run,
but when all is said and all is done,
my mind is a monster I can't overcome.
