A Longer Look

Your eyes are also like quarries that filled with
rain water and became lakes
Pretty opaque pools
That hypnotize
That make my senses drag themselves to the edge and submerge
Drowning out the rest of the world Your beauty waterlogs Clogs my mind Washes it of all other awareness Makes sure than you’re my only focus Under your spell like hocus pocus Or “Crucio" This is just torture, you know.
