A Long Time Ago

A long time ago, I was a grain of sand on the shore

I came from a big rock, I was eroded by waves

Waves of the sea where the water was so pure

My rock was there with many lives

A long time ago, forcefully taken from the shore

Separated from my big rock by repetitive waves

Waves of the sea where everything was unsure

I was taken to the land of old graves

Longing, again, to be a grain of sand on the shore

Wishing to leave the land of old graves

The Wind keeps telling me, nothing is sure

Oh no! It’s getting on my nerves
