A Little Hope In You

With the sun that rises every morning along with the moon that peeks at night, May strength be placed in your corner for your path's to fall just right. Guide light upon your darkness breached with twilight's brightness so very pure, Following a heart that's damaged yet finding it way to the cure. Sun rises along with sun sets, seeing the beauty beyond the light, That is truly the natural feeling I get when you look at me just right. My heart's pounding beat along with a dry mouth with no words, Quietly watching this scenery above the complications I observe. A part of me is scared to open up and invite you in, The other part of me is falling head over heels with an ultimate grin. My fear grabs a hold of ever morsel bit of good, Drags the bad far beyond the length that it should. My imagination grows wild as thoughts build the solid mold, And there for holding a grudge is the common word that's told. Days turn longer following the long night's that flow, Loneliness is a burden that only one can let go. In your arms is where I feel lifted away from all that is bad, Around your presents is where I see that smile that I once had.
