A Little High and Very Low

So.... I've been lost
Slippery sliding while barreling
On a long thin winding binding road
It read life....at the beginning
Now

Now it has become a binge on sleeplessness
An alarm clock on quarter to restlessness
And a get ready on sighs and fatigue

So....I've been lost
While trying to do this thing called life
Suffocating on lost chances
Turning into mistakes
And stops at I had a dream

I've been lost
Still feels like sirens to
Watch out for that hump on
Don't waste your life street
Leading to
Where are you? highway

Yes, I've been lost....
