A link to life

It's a cold world, give me a link to life,
Where frosty winds cut like a knife.
In the echoes of a winter's sigh,
A resilient ember refuses to die.

Beneath the icy cloak, a heartbeat beats,
A symphony of survival in silent streets.
Footprints etched in the crisp snow,
Each step a tale of resilience to show.

Through the chill, a connection weaves,
A tapestry of warmth that never leaves.
In the frozen moments, find the key,
Unlock the door to possibility.

It's a cold world, but within the freeze,
Lies the thaw of hope and gentle ease.
Give me a link to life, a bridge to traverse,
Where warmth persists, and dreams converse.
