A Lil Prayer
Dear Lord,
I can't realy speak my feelings well,
so I figured I'd send you a letter through the mail.
How was your day,did you get many prayers,
how do you do it Lord, how can you be so aware?
By the way,thank you for the blessings you give me everyday,
I cannot describe the security knowing your not far away.
Whenever I am sad,lonely or blue,
I realize it could be worse,for atleast I still have you.
A peace overpowers and calms my soul,
you will fix it, this I know.
So dear Lord...please do it again,
stand by me and help me learn from my sin,
so that I may not do it again.
Watch over the ones I love,
including the ones with you up above.
Help me find my way,
so that I may get closer to you another day.
As I end this prayer, thank you for being my friend,
and I cant wait to join you in the end,
