A Light Shines On Nyctophobia

A Light Shines on Nyctophobia

I have never feared the darkness
As a child I wasn't afraid
There's a security in the blackness
It's where night is kept and shadows are made
If you're frightened in the smothered light
By something you're unable to see
the blindness you experience
keeps you from being seen.
yet no matter how bright the light you shine
You will never see the face of darkness
