A Life Taken Too Soon

So many thoughts left unsaid;
     sadly, grieving tears were shed
          that unexpected day she died
               from diagnosis that had lied.

Knowing not demise was near,
               impending death was no fear.

Don't hold back, always share
     with loved ones, feelings bare...
          Before comes death's final dread,
               do not leave thoughts unsaid.
