I, know that it's rough, and it's hard to go through
The pain and repercussion telepathically knows you
But try, and rejoice with me once again
I wanna know you like more than you are, a best friend [x2]
I, know that I'm not perfect but know that I'm true
I'll stay by your side and continue walking with you
Black and blue, I'll take the beating if it means you're okay
Through this day, I'm still searching for a brighter way
On the inside, I feel you and I know what you're thinking
You're conscious but dreaming, and breathing while sinking
Visions you're seeing, but all that is over I'm here now
Outside of the box, you subliminally taught me how
Show me now, what it is that you wanted to show me
Share with me your intellect, like you wanted to know me
Another homie, with the genetic side to match
I'll help you succeed, and watch the whole world clap
Inside of that, I've always looked up to you either way
We can stay, inside of this box and we can play,
What do you say, I'll hold your halo above you
But no matter what happens, just know that I love you
