A Letter To a Friend

11-15-2011 A Letter to a Friend

Our love goes a long way back, In the future,I still have hope,

That at least one more time we can look at each other and smile,

Longing for you has taken it’s toll, These days I see hatred in your eyes,

I suspect I’ll never hear another hello from your tightly sealed lips,

In my mind I keep hearing our last goodbye, I’m sure to lose my mind,

As if a rain cleans the sky, The sunlight of hope,Will never lose it’s respect.
