A KISS IN THE DARK
Perhaps life is not so predictable after all
Strange things happen, often unexpected
And unlikely to have been easily detected
Yet for some, who have been so selected
Get to finally break down the limiting wall
It can be a vision, either blurred or stark
An experience, full of joy or even pain
Stepping into sunshine or sometimes rain
And nothing will ever be the same again
A surprise to relish like a kiss in the dark
