A Killer's Paradise

A killer's paradise

Such a small town
In a not so big place,
Very few people
Dared to live here.

A silent town
Filled with mute birds,
The children's laugh
Was silenced to only quiet pain,
Everyone knew the rumors
To which this town held,
A killer
Who only strikes in the dead of night.
