A Kid Superior An Adult Personality Disorder

As a kid they made you believe
you’re blessed with rare abilities
there’s nothing you cannot achieve
Ingrained by attention you received

In adulthood with this belief
too damn lazy to succeed
it manifests low self esteem
All the things you could have been

But you can’t face the reality
your ego grows your vanity
Overinflated superiority
a disordered personality

You don’t like those who succeed
Even though they’re everywhere
Behave a dick head out of need
A Good for nothing who doesn’t care

Obviously too weak to face it
you sink into your own reality
never to be contemplated
delusion breeds insanity
