A Journey To Peace
On this lonely, summer night,
I can move walls that open to my past
with delicious, delight!
These doors on magic hinges, be.
And, the best part is, I..and I alone,
hold the magical, mystical key!
They swing open easily, into my magical past.
Where only I can enter and live in golden
blossomed memories, swinging under
giant elm trees, fast.
The warmth of my lovers arms, no,you may
never their warmth feel.
I run to them in these abandoned hours, and they
still console me and are quite real.
Managing to live most my life alone, is quite a
feat!
Only souls who are able to do this, learn
it is more than a treat!
The wind doth gently blow over time's amorous waters.
But I live in daily peace, for I am blessed to be one of
God's chosen daughters.
The lullaby of the moon and stars for so many years,
such eternal beauty be.
I hope to live with Father God, and do His will for all
eternity!
