In the mirror of life, how we think, speak and write
paves a journey that's heavy or light
So we must become mindful of words every day
Then our lives will be happy and flow the right way

I have not been very active on PS lately as my elderly Mother is at end of life and I have not been coping too well with seeing her in rapid deciline. Most of my time is now spent visiting my Mom in the nursing home.
