A Jan Allison Inspired Poem

Thanks to Jan for inspiring this one

She's quickly traveled to the top

With her witty and charming repartee

Her poetry rolls out nonstop

She recently said she was a “student of life”

Hope I can say the same of me

Through the many long years passing through

Learned how to be happy and free

Not always easy but with a positive outlook

You'll get over those difficult times

Without a doubt you're going to discover

Your mood will turn on a dime

Take it from me, the Ole Jester Jack

Wasn't always so “happy go lucky”

But I'm certainly happier than a lot of people

My life is really just ducky!

Carol Eastman February 15, 2015 at 3:01 PM Dragon says not Ducky, it should be Dragony... Yep. He said that. He does know how to have more fun. But the consequences on what he does can be CRAZY! Personally, Ducky seems just fine to me. Except once when a flock took off from the top of my old work building. And dropped a load from one end of my mini truck to the other! What's better?... To be Ducky or Dragony... UMMM... a Dragony load dumped on my nini truck might have been worse than what the ducks did. Sorry Dragon. You lose...
