A Heart That Cares
It is hard not to worry
About things that we can't change
Worrying solves nothing
It makes us feel deranged.
Deranged and deluded
Defeated and glum,
Worrying solves nothing,
Although it's easier for some,
Not to concern themselves
Regarding the problems of others,
Their self-interest is not shared,
With any sisters or brothers.
Why do some of us worry
When worrying gets us nowhere,
It's tough not to do this,
If you have a heart that cares.
