Notes About The Poem

 

 

Dying to be free,

A fish leaped out of its bowl

And became lifeless:-

 

Cocooned black worms hang;

Strange metamorphic justice–

Butterflies soar free…

 

Decay demanded eggs…

Chalk-colored maggots complied–

Hued flies flew away:-

 

Caged birds sing the blues

After watching a free fish

Flying from its bowl:-

 

A Haiku Rambling of Fate

Dying to be free,
