A Greeting To the Morn

Colder winds rip through the trees,
a greeting to the morn.
So much stronger than just a breeze,
the day’s start looks forlorn.

Not a very inviting sight
as clouds race through the sky.
Summer is all but gone from here
as memories passing by.

Not eagerly anticipated,
this wintery time of year.
But I know that it won’t be so bad
once the Christmas season is here.

Take the time to look around
for there’s so much to take in.
But do it where your warm inside
for to get cold would be a sin !(l.o.l.)

I love winter... My favorite time of the year... I have lived in many of the colder climates throughout my adolescence.... So, the majority of my wardrobe are sweaters, down coats and long sleeve shirts..... Awesome write friend.....:JP]
