I walked down the street, lost in deep thought A glimpse of an angel, that's all I caught My mind cleared in an instant, I looked all around That mysterious person, nowhere to be found I looked in the shops, and way down the road Moved with dedication, and not once I slowed Where ever I looked, could not find you there I just had to find you, my feelings were bare Then there you were, there on the crossing When you saw my interest, your hair you were tossing I held up my hand, in a tentative wave The look you sent back, encouragement gave A crowd came between us, and then you were gone Did you offer your friendship, and then just move on If you wanted to know me, you'd come back into view Oh wont you help me, I want to meet you But from that day on, never saw you again The mystery stayed, and so did the pain In time my heart healed, and my life carried on The mystery though, will never be gone

Warren, once you have caught a glimpse of the spirit world, or a taste or the smell, or a sound, you are never the same. Intriguing write!
