A Glance

I’m in line,
Staring at the floor,
I look up,
I see him,
He walks by me without a glance,
I wave and say hi,
He doesn’t look up,
I keep staring and waving,
He turns around,
Smiles,
Waves,
And winks,
I feel my face redden,
He turns around,
I say bye,
He leaves.
