A Gift For the Gifted
DEDICATED TO: My Soup Family
When I read the words you write,
In my chest, a feeling tight.
Emotions take a a fleeing rein,
Washing away that distant pain
.
Could it be, my soul has found,
A purity that is unbound.
Heart felt words, my thirst is filled,
Budding rage, has now been stilled.
At last, I began to pen,
Words of encouragement once again.
To the poets far and wide,
Who share the "gift" I have inside.
