A Gift

A tiny blossomed flower amidst a flat and barren ground It shimmy’s in the wind with no buffers or surrounds A mornings limber stretch to greet the sun-filled sky Offering a gazing gift to any random passer by If only to be remembered when it’s persistence is through It’s life of simple pleasure bestowed solely upon you
