There's a giant daisy Growing off the tip of my you-know-what So, I dug myself a shallow grave to dream in for a while Covered up with fertile soil And let my flower smile

The loose rhyme and conversational rhythm give this poem a playful ease, while the shallow grave adds a darker undertone. “Let my flower smile” is a lovely closing image, turning the strange bodily bloom into something tender and quietly joyful.
