A Gentle Man

A Gentle Man Spare him, leave this man alone His exemplary life is humbly done. What a sin to force or compel him To get out of his modest whim, To deck his clean skin with apparel To his cool mien that is parallel! Don’t teach an old menopause ****** A strange or some new sex trick. Although you hike his poor salary He will not play to Evil’s gallery!! Allow him to lead others by love And not by workplace iron glove! *Female dog (A Poet’s Industrial Relations Manual!) JM 05h January 2013

After reading this piece, I immediately wanted to wash my hands because I felt as if I had grease all over them and was covered in industrial soot. When something like that happens after I read a poem, I know it's good. This piece was vibrant and vivid and greasy and I feel the smudge :)

Thanks, Chan- although the Editors removed my most treasured word that rhymed with trick! I thought it wont be viewed as profanity since it is the only technical English name for a female dog! Friend, JM
