A Gemini's Love

They know I'm a lucky girl when they see you at my feet
Crying for me to say it's all okay
Begging me to come back home with you

They know I'm a lucky girl when they see me under your arm
Strutting around the city at night
Laughing 'cause everything's all right

They know I'm a lucky girl when I'm alone on my phone
Smiling while I speak our language
To the believer on the other line

You take it in
I leave details out
'Cause you take it in
I leave them out

I know I'm a lucky girl to be loved by someone like you
These pastures of you
Are as green as it gets

Now I know I'm a lucky girl to be loved by someone like you
But this is all you'll ever have
And I need a man with a voice

I've gotta say goodbye
If you wont speak up
I'm gonna say goodbye
If you don't stand up
