A Funny Poem For a 7 Year Old

Mermaids swim and play in the ocean.
dolphins are what they call a good friend.
they always swim and play in motion.
they never want daylight to ever end.
Under the big moon at night they stare at
                                           the stars.
making wishes on them to come true.
wanting to collect them in to jars.
so everyday each wish could be new.
Dolphins come everyday to have fun &
                                        swim around.
                         discovering adventures under the
                                  ocean that stays blue.
when the moon comes out they all
                                             frown.
because at night they have nothing
                                          more to do.
When the sun finally comes out again.
their happy to swim & play.
dolphins will always be their friend.
sharing a friendship that will always
                                                  stay.
