A Friend Is

Sombody you talk with
When stress has you down,
They will be understanding
Take away any frown.

Friends will be excited
Want to know how was your day,
There through the many years
Even in bad times they still stay.

You can be yourself
No need to ever pretend,
For a friend like who you are
Will be by your side until the end.

A true friend is like our family
Perhaps like a sister or brother
No matter who is your friend
They will be unique unlike another.
