A Friend In Need Is a Friend Indeed
he drove full thirty miles to visit me,
to wish me on my fiftieth birthday,
to hug me once and share a pot of tea,
before he drove himself home all the way!
no wealth there is in this world you may say,
that can help you in your life to succeed,
like a true pal by your side who will stay,
for “a friend in need is a friend indeed!”
