A follower is a Moniker

You say you got a lot of followers
I'd say you got supporters
Because a follower is just a moniker
Unless they follow orders
You say you got a lot of friends online
And sharing makes you closer
So you give them your attention like
You care about their exposure
People treat popularity
As the gift that keeps on givin
But once it gives you all it's got
You'll want to remain hidden
Being talked about and having clouts
Is the greatest way of living
Until your not allowed to talk it out
Or explain it in your kitchen
So you lock it down till there's not a sound
Or a way that they could listen
But when you talk its loud & what I'm talking about
What you say won't remain privileged
I won't tell you who to listen to
Or lecture like it's physics
So think it through your piece to move
To better your position
What seems improved can be removed
And mess with your condition
Complete cocoon to wings that move
together like reflections
What seems to me may seem to you
Way better through your lenses
So Can we agree on the things we view
Depends on our perceptions
If it's nice to me is ice to you
 I'll give you my refreshments
The kind of drinks that I'd assume
You'd sip even if expecting
