A Foggy Day

Fog has crept from the sea
through alleys and streets
between buildings and trees,
slowly and sad.
All is covered, all is veiled
the sight is useless and vain,
the hearing false and fake;
the known is now unclear,
everything is changed
yet it’s still the same.
