A Fluffy Pillow For My Head

A fluffy pillow for my head,
my doggie curled up at my feet,
and large soft quilts upon me spread.
A fluffy pillow for my head
and  I’m tucked cozily in bed.
Tonight my dreams will all be sweet.
A fluffy pillow at my head;
my doggie curled up at my feet.

This is real Mother Goose stuff, and I LOVE Mother Goose. I suppose you'd call it idealized Mother Goose. Some of the rhymes have sinister origins. Nothing sinister about this one - makes me feel all nice and warm. Love, daver
