A Fantasy of Love

If I could script the fantasy of my own life to be with every word to find its home in my reality At first, I’d win the love, of course, in every drama’s plot and win the contest, win the prize, I’d rather win than not I’d make the finest chocolates and I’d bake the finest cakes I’d climb the highest mountains because I’d have what it takes I’d please the mirror everyday with ample time to spare for it would not take any time to style the finest hair I’d eat of every noble plate from every land I find Yes, I could have it all and I could even change my mind I’d sleep till noon, then have a drink with millions in the bank I’d swim and drive and ride my horse with no one else to thank It’s then, that selfish thoughts of such an egotistic life begin to pale in face of other’s monumental strife So, how to end this fantasy with satisfaction spent I’d write a final chapter and explain just what I meant Love for all, the prize I’d seek with all to love me too and hunger banished from the world, disease to bid adieu With everyone as beautiful and they could only be with comforts of a well lived life for all the world to see
