I wish your dog could read your tribute to it. Be so happy to know you told the world how is loved by you. Good job, my friend. My Poochi is 15, getting old. Lost my Kitty and wrote a poem. Warning if read.... might make you cry.

Pets are certainly a gift. I'm a dog person too - understand and enjoyed it. Sometimes I think they give us a lesson in how our relationships should be and help us fill in the holes when they aren't as they should be.

Thankyou for your lovely comment Jeff, oh they certainly do teach us a lesson there unwaivering devotion to us and they just love us unconditionally. My little patch has saved my life I can honestly say I genuinely don't think I'd be here if it wasn't for him and that's why I wrote this little poem in honour of his loyalty and love.
