A Divine Miracle That day- I placed my father's crimson rose, quite randomly, inside a book of prose- God's intervention was my only guide. What I had hoped- was joyous truth implied- for words upon the page where that rose slept- 'in God’s eternal life- our souls are kept'. "The Grave," by Robert Blair, bodes life anew- Dear God- you let me know- he rests with you. Sandra M. I wrote for this contest. I wrote and I wrote and longer the poem grew in length and ridiculousness. I was unable to widdle down to profound poetic grits that would fulfill without failing to shut up! Thing is, the point I'm making is that you delivered a spiritual wham-bam with gentle landing truth-impact. You teach me. Not the 1st time. I love the volume in your divinely inspired succinct argument! All the best ... CayCay

Yes, CayCay sometimes less is more. Fortunately for me, I had written a longer version of this and it took quite a while to refine it to just a few lines. I appreciate your lovely, supportive visit and comments so much. Hugs, Sandra
