A Day With No Regrets

I seek to express
With acts and words to impress
I live today, a day with no regrets
No stress, no distress shall ever wreck
The ecstasy that sings and rings within me
For today 
A heart is liberate 
A mind at rest
A body unstressed
Let the sun come forth and shine
Let worries and qualms resign
A world today I shall design
And adorn it; I shall with words of kind
For Today with them, I dine
Let the world set itself ablaze
With nothing but tranquility I gaze
For nothing shall arouse a daze
For I live today, a day with no regrets
