A Day At the Park
Listen to those birds
Flapping their wings
I love listening to them sing
Children there laughing
While on a swing
Woman proposed to
With a beautiful ring
Little girl climbing
Up on the slide
Boy on the monkey bars
Fell, but he tried
Beagle chasing a cat
The cat was so slow
Because he was so fat
Almost got hit
Would have gone splat
Kids were screaming
On the merry-go-round
Held in so tight
As they went around
Others playing hide n seek
Waiting to be found
At the picnic table
Kids began to munch
They were quite
A curious bunch
A dad was showing his son
How to fly a kite
Was full of colors
Beautiful under the sunlight
Mom was walking
With her little girl
Her hair was full
Of little curls
She had an ice cream cone
Vanilla with chocolate swirl
They finally were sleepy
Went home and sat
Right on moms lap
Fel asleep, took a long nap
