A Daughter Forever

In a world built to break your wings,
We’ll stand by you through unseen things.
Choosing justice over custom’s way,
And love over fear, every day.

You’re not meant for quiet sacrifice,
Or to place all others first in life;
Learn at last, a truth long overdue,
Your life matters, your dreams do too.

Let’s break the patterns society draws,
Let’s claim your equality without pause,
Let’s teach you self-respect, self-love, your voice,
That choosing yourself is a rightful choice.
